Erin Radford
Program Director and Head Coach - 18U Girls
Erin began coaching in 2018 through developmental and grassroots programs, moved into head coaching in 2020, and became Skyline Program Director and Head Coach in 2025. She also coaches at camps and high school programs in the offseason.
Anika Gray
Head Coach - 17U Girls
Anika started volleyball at age 10, won four provincial AA gold medals in high school, and played at Red River College. She believes in repetition, positivity, and energy to drive athlete growth.
