Skyline Volleyball Club is a Winnipeg-based youth volleyball organization committed to long-term athlete development, coach education, and creating positive, respectful training environments.

We believe great programs are built on consistency, clarity, and care - not shortcuts. Our focus is on developing skilled, confident athletes while supporting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout every stage of their volleyball journey.

Girls' Program

Girls' Teams

Skyline Volleyball Club offers a full range of girls' teams from 12U through 18U. Each team provides a supportive and competitive environment, designed to help athletes reach their full potential. Our girls' program is built on Skyline's commitment to fostering excellence through individualized coaching and skill development.

Boys' Program

Boys' Teams

In addition to our girls' program, Skyline also offers boys' teams for age groups 13U through 15U. Each team is led by experienced coaches who provide structured training and skill-building sessions, focusing on technique, game strategy, and confidence-building.

Training

Training and Practice Schedules

Each Skyline team follows a structured weekly practice schedule to build skills and team dynamics. Practice schedules vary by age group, and specific times and locations will be confirmed upon team selection.

Typical Practice Schedules

  • 12U-15U: Two practices per week, 2-hour sessions
  • 16U-18U: Three practices per week, 2-3 hour sessions

Skyline Volleyball Club is dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes through top-tier coaching and a focus on core volleyball fundamentals. Our teams are tournament-focused, training rigorously to prepare for local, provincial, and national competitions.

Team Selection and Tryouts

Skyline Volleyball Club selects athletes through a tryout process held in early December. Tryouts offer a chance for athletes to demonstrate their skills, work ethic, and teamwork, which are essential qualities for success in our program.

Investment

Club Fees

Skyline's fees cover coaching honorariums, facility rentals, training materials, and participation in tournaments. Club fees vary by age group and are structured to provide full transparency regarding what's included.
