Erin began coaching in 2018 with developmental and grassroots programs through Volleyball Winnipeg. In 2020, she moved into a head coaching role with the Vision Elite club volleyball program, staying until 2024. In 2025, she became Program Director and Head Coach of Skyline Volleyball Club. Erin also coaches at Experience Camps and College Churchill High School during offseasons. She's passionate about supporting athletes throughout their volleyball journey and looks forward to leading the 18U Skyline team in 2025.
Kasey began playing volleyball at age 11 and played at University of Winnipeg in 2012/2013. After a coaching break, she now assists at Volleyball Winnipeg youth camps and plays in a senior women's team. Outside volleyball, she works full-time and studies holistic therapies. She is thrilled to coach the 18U Skyline team this season.
Anika's volleyball journey started at age 10, winning four provincial AA gold medals in high school and playing two years for Red River College. She currently plays women's and co-ed indoor/beach volleyball. Anika began coaching in 2023 and now leads the Skyline 17U team. She thrives in competitive settings and believes in repetition, positivity, and energy to drive skill development.
Savannah is a Red River College alumna and former varsity player. She coached at Westgate Mennonite Collegiate and led multiple Vision Elite teams. A passionate indoor and beach player, Savannah values hard work, impact, and team spirit. She's excited to coach the Skyline 17U team alongside her best friend Anika.
Ashlee, a former MVP and elite gymnast, has coached at St. Alphonsus and MBCI. She's involved in training club players aged 14U-16U and has participated in Mike Burchuk's camps. Ashlee emphasizes teamwork, communication, and heart—qualities she instills in her athletes. She looks forward to the 16U Skyline season.
Brianna began playing volleyball at age 9, competing from grade 6 to 12 and in club volleyball through 18U. A biology student at U of M, she plays and refs in leagues, and previously coached Vision Elite 14U. As 15U head coach, she aims to foster fun, friendships, and deep passion for volleyball.
Martin's volleyball passion started in junior high. He played in the Winnipeg Co-Ed League until 2015 and transitioned from soccer coaching to volleyball as his daughter started playing. He assisted the Vision Elite 13U team in 2023–24 and now supports the Skyline 15U team with focus on confidence and development.
Shauldon, a Red River alum, has coached Westgate Varsity girls to a provincial win. He plays in WMVA/WCVL and is passionate about the deeper benefits of volleyball—community, confidence, and growth. His coaching philosophy: create meaningful, inclusive experiences and push athletes to thrive in a positive environment.
Kaitlin has coached for nearly 20 years and still plays in Winnipeg Co-Ed League. Her goals: help players improve with fundamentals and help them love the game. She fosters trust, communication, and respect as pillars of healthy team dynamics.
With over 20 years of playing and 5 years of coaching, Junior brings energy and experience to the Skyline 14U team. He holds a Trained Developmental Coach certificate and focuses on competition, skill growth, and love for the game.
Sydney has played volleyball since age 10, coaching and playing through club and high school. She led the 12U Skyline team last season and now heads the 13U squad. She creates a positive, competitive space for athletes to grow, gain confidence, and love the sport.
With 20+ years of international coaching experience, Dmytro has led youth, university, and adult teams to success in Ukraine, Russia, and Canada. He believes volleyball builds strong minds and bodies, and focuses on growth, discipline, and teamwork in a respectful environment.
