Refund Policy

Sky Volleyball member refund policy for club volleyball participation.

Scope

This policy applies to Sky Volleyball club team participation and tryouts. Programs currently focus on competitive club volleyball.

No refunds after club commitment: Once an athlete commits to a member team, season withdrawal is non-refundable because roster replacement is typically not feasible.
Season start definition: The season starts at the team first practice in January, not the first tournament.

If an athlete sustains an injury that prevents participation for the remainder of the season, remaining installment payments are canceled.
Merchandise fees remain the athlete responsibility when applicable.

Tryout fees are non-refundable for all December tryout events.
