Sky Volleyball Refund Policy

Sky Volleyball’s refund policy applies exclusively to our club volleyball teams. As our programs focus solely on competitive club volleyball and do not include camps or leagues, this policy is specific to club participation and tryouts.

Club Volleyball Participation

  • No Refunds for Club Participation: Once athletes commit to a Sky Volleyball team, refunds are not offered for withdrawal from the season. Due to the nature of club volleyball, replacing a player mid-season is generally not feasible, as teams rely on a set roster from the first practice.
  • Season Start Definition: The season begins at the team’s first practice in January, not the first tournament (typically beginning in February).

Injury-Related Withdrawals

  • Injury Policy: If an athlete sustains an injury that prevents participation for the remainder of the season, Sky Volleyball will cancel any remaining payment installments. However, the athlete is responsible for covering all merchandise fees, if applicable.

Tryouts

  • No Refunds for Tryouts: Fees for Sky Volleyball tryouts are non-refundable. This applies to all tryouts offered in December, regardless of withdrawal.
